Team Registration opens on January 1.

Regular Registration: $139 Closes September 1 (Midnight MDT)

VIP Package ($49 Optional Addition):

Enhance your Huntsman World Senior Games experience with our VIP Experience Pass, offering expedited check-in, enhanced seating at premier events, and additional perks such as a free walking tour, dinner, gift shop coupon, and entries into VIP gift package draws. Your Games ID badge will reflect your elevated VIP status. Team Sports Registration Fees:
The basketball, rugby, soccer, softball, and volleyball team registrations are priced at $100 each. This fee specifically covers the team registration, and, in addition to this, every team member must individually register for that team as an athlete. Team managers will distribute the TeamID to individual athletes to be used at the time of their individual registrations.

Registration Requirements

Participant Age:
The Athlete’s minimum competition age must be 50 years old and all age divisions will be based on an athlete's age as of December 31 of the current year. Exception- an athlete’s competition age for Track and Field and Racewalk will be based on his/her age on the opening day of the current games.

Athlete Benefits

1. Check-in Gifts

Official Games Merchandise: Participants receive an Official Games Shirt (a performance tee) and an Official ID badge for all events.
Dining: Two $10 dinner/gift shop tickets are provided, redeemable at participating food trucks at the Friendship Festival and/or at the Gift Shop.
Welcome Kit: Each participant receives a bag containing official information, various coupons, and goodies.
Refreshments: Refreshments are available at all venues for competing athletes.
Games Program & Results Book: Participants receive the official Games Program at check-in. After the Games, a book with all the results is mailed. A limited number of past athletes randomly receive the Time Out Magazine each spring, but this magazine can also be purchased just to cover shipping.

2. Festivities and Off-Field Events

Opening Ceremonies: This grand event is modeled after the Olympics and features a parade of athletes, entertainment, and the traditional lighting of the Huntsman World Senior Games cauldron.
Concert & Celebration: This free event allows the community and participants to come together and celebrate.
Friendship Festival: A six-night event promoting peace, health, and friendship, offering food, fun, entertainment, and social opportunities.
Health Screenings: A variety of free health screenings are provided by several universities and foundations.
John H. Morgan Endurance Club Awards: This ceremony commemorates athletes' participation in the Games for 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years.
Huntsman World Senior Games Hall of Fame Night: This black-tie event honors a select group of individuals, chosen early in the current year. The approximately 10 individuals exemplify the spirit of the Games and actively contribute to the mission of promoting active aging. Please note that an admission ticket is required to attend this prestigious event.

3. Additional Services

Transportation: A free shuttle service for athletes operates between the hotel and sport venue.
Access to Facilities: The sports training room is available for pregame wrap or post-game ice.
Medical Services: Medical personnel and standby ambulance service are available at some venue sites.
Sports Lounge: A dedicated space is provided for athletes to review their sport schedules, send an email, or simply relax.
Photographers: Photography vendors are available at the Dixie Center for you to schedule individual, team, or action photos. You will work with your scheduled photographer to purchase copies. To guarantee that you will be photographed during your event, schedule with the SG Event Photography.
