ST. GEORGE: The Huntsman World Senior Games’ innovative employee health and wellness program has been recognized by the Utah Worksite Wellness Council with a Healthy Worksite Silver Award.

The Healthy Worksite Awards recognize organizations that have built effective, result-oriented and innovative wellness programs. Organizations that are looking out for employees by providing them the best in workplace wellness programs. The Silver Award recognizes an organization for wellness programming that aligns with organizational priorities.

“Our health and wellness program is an outgrowth of the vision Games’ founder John Morgan, who championed the cause of fostering worldwide peace, health and friendship,” said Kyle Case, Chief Executive Officer of the Games. “It is very gratifying to be recognized for our wellness efforts and to see healthier employees as a result of the program. We made the commitment several years ago to 'walk the walk' and this award is evidence of that.”

Public, private, or government organizations that are located in Utah and have an employee wellness programs in place during the past twelve months are eligible to receive the award.
