The Huntsman World Senior Games takes a break from sporting competition on Sunday, but there's still plenty going on. Nearly 2,000 athletes made their way through the check-in process at the Dixie Convention Center. Many of those checked-in enjoyed the gift shop for a souvenir and the sports lounge to catch up with friends both old and new. But perhaps the highlight of the day was the Endurance Awards where over 100 competitors were celebrated for their longevity. Athletes who compete for 15 years receive a commemorative ring. Those who compete for 20 years at the Games receive a watch. A beautiful red sandstone trophy awaits those who compete for 25 years and a bright red letterman's jacket is the prize for 30 years. Friends and family joined the honorees for a celebration in the Dixie Center.
