Q: How do I register online?
A: Registration for individual athletes will open March 1, 2020. On the homepage of our website (www.seniorgames.net) choose "Register", then "Athlete Registration". On the next page select a sport. You will now be at the login screen—enter your athlete number and password to login and register. If you have ever registered for the Games between 1987 and 2020 (online or by mail), we have an account already set up for you. If you know the Username and Password for your account, type it in the box on the left. If you do not know your Username and Password, click on "Lost Password or Username?" and the information will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. If you do not have an email address on file or if you do not receive the email, please call (800-562-1268) or email (email@example.com) our office for assistance.
Q: I am a member of a team - do I choose "Team Registration" or "Athlete Registration"?
A: Choose "Athlete Registration". "Team Registration" is only for Team Managers / Coaches / Captains to set up their team and manage their roster - it is not for individuals who want to register for the Games.
Q: I registered online - why is my "Years Attended" only "1" when I have been there several years?
A: When you registered, you were given the choice to "Log In" and log-in with your Username and Password or "Create Your Account". If you chose "Create Your Account" the system thinks this is your first year. This can be corrected. Contact our office for assistance.
Q: Is my UserName and Password the same as it was last year?
A: Yes, your Username and Password will remain the same each year.
Q: Does my Account let me register as an Athlete and a Team?
A: Yes. You will use the same account to register as an athlete or to register a team.
Q: Where do I find my athlete number?
A: Your athlete number remains the same from year to year and can be found on your registration confirmation. If you do not remember your athlete number go to the website seniorgames.net and click “Log In”, then click “Lost Password or Username”. Your athlete number will be included in an email that will be sent to your email address onfile. If you still need assistance please contact our office.

Q: What if I want to register for a doubles event, but I don’t have a partner?
A: We have a feature on our website called “PartnerFinder” where prospective doubles partners can register their availability to be matched with another player. It can be found under “Sports”. We recommend that you check PartnerFinder to find a partner before you register. If you want to register for an event before you find a partner, you may do so by leaving the “Partner’s Athlete Number” blank. It will be your responsibility to find a partner and then to add the information to your registration before September 1 (unless stated otherwise). If your registration has a blank partner on September 1, we may cancel that event for you.
Q: Where do I find my “team number” and why can’t I just give you the name of the team?
A: Your Team Manager/Captain was given a Team Number when they registered your team. We need the number to be sure you are added to the roster for the right team.
Q: May I add or delete a sport or event to my online registration after I submit it?
A: You may add a sport or event online. You cannot change or delete online--please call our office and we will process your change.
Q: My friend/spouse will be attending the Games with me. Do I have to register him/her as an “Official Fan”?
A: No. The “Official Fan” registration is optional. If your friend/spouse would like an Official Games Shirt, a ticket to your Sport Social, an ID Badge, a $10 Dinner Ticket and if he/she would like to take advantage of the Health Screenings they may do so by purchasing an Official Fan registration. Everyone, registered or not, will be welcomed as a spectator at your sports venue, however a ticket will be required if they wish to attend your Sport Social. Please note: only athletes and official fans will be allowed in the Health Screening area.
Q: Could I purchase a social ticket for my friend/spouse online if I don’t register him/her as an “Official Fan”?
A: No. Social Tickets cannot be purchased online unless you are completing an Official Fan registration. Tickets will be available at the Dixie Center or “at the door” during the Games for $10.

A: We recommend you register your Official Fan by September 1st. One sport is available to “Official Fans” – which is Walking Tours. If your Official Fan wants to participate in Walking Tours he/she must register by September 1st. If he/she does not want to register for this sport he/she can register at the Dixie Center when they get to St. George.
Q: If I have to cancel my registration can I get a refund?
A: All team registration fees are non-refundable. Individual refund requests must be in writing and postmarked by September 15, 2020. Refund requests received after this date and before the last day of competition of the 2020 Games will receive a coupon for the 2021 Games. A $25 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds. Q: What is the difference between the dinner dance and the sport social?
A: The dinner dance can easily be confused with your sport social because they are both so much fun, but this is not your sport social. This is an extra event for you to enjoy a meal, meet new friends and dance the night away. In 2020 there will be a wonderful dinner dance event so get ready to have some fun. There is a $25 charge for the dinner dance, but your social is free. The dinner dance is October 8, 2020 at 6:00 pm at the Washington County Legacy Park.
