Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I register online?
A: Registration for individual athletes will open March 1, 2023. On the homepage of our website (www.seniorgames.net) choose "Register", then "Athlete & Official Fan". On the next page select a sport. You will now be at the login screen—enter your athlete number and password to login and register. If you have ever registered for the Games between 1987 and 2021 (online or by mail), we have an account already set up for you. If you know the Username and Password for your account, type it in the box on the left. If you do not know your Username and Password, click on "Lost Password or Username?" and the information will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. If you do not have an email address on file or if you do not receive the email, please call (800-562-1268) or email (hello@seniorgames.net) our office for assistance.
Q: I am a member of a team - do I choose "Team" or "Athlete & Official Fan"?
A: Choose "Athlete & Official Fan". "Team" registration is only for Team Managers / Coaches / Captains to set up their team and manage their roster - it is not for individuals who want to register for the Games.
Q: I registered online - why is my "Years Attended" only "1" when I have been there several years?
A: When you registered, you were given the choice to "Log In" and log-in with your Username and Password or "Create Your Account". If you chose "Create Your Account" the system thinks this is your first year. This can be corrected. Contact our office for assistance.
Q: Is my UserName and Password the same as it was last year?
A: Yes, your Username and Password will remain the same each year.
Q: Does my Account let me register as an Athlete and a Team?
A: Yes. You will use the same account to register as an athlete or to register a team.
Q: Where do I find my athlete number?
A: Your athlete number remains the same from year to year and can be found on your registration confirmation. If you do not remember your athlete number go to the website seniorgames.net and click “Log In”, then click “Lost Password or Username”. Your athlete number will be included in an email that will be sent to your email address onfile. If you still need assistance please contact our office by calling 1-800-562-1268 or by email hello@seniorgames.net .

Q: How do I send you my team roster?
A: You do not have to send us your team roster! Instead, as your team members register they will be added to your team’s online roster. Q: What if I want to register for a doubles event, but I don’t have a partner?
A: We have a feature on our website called “PartnerFinder” where prospective doubles partners can register their availability to be matched with another player. It can be found under “Sports”. You must have a partner in order to register for pickleball. For all other sports, we recommend that you check PartnerFinder to find a partner before you register. If you want to register for an event other than pickleball before you find a partner, you may do so by leaving the “Partner’s Athlete Number” blank. It will be your responsibility to find a partner and then to add the information to your registration before September 1 (unless stated otherwise). If your registration has a blank partner on September 1, we may cancel that event for you.
Q: Where do I find my “team number” and why can’t I just give you the name of the team?
A: Your Team Manager/Captain was given a Team Number when they registered your team. We need the number to be sure you are added to the roster for the right team.
Q: May I add or delete a sport or event to my online registration after I submit it?
A: You may add a sport or event online. You cannot change or delete online--please call our office and we will process your change 1-800-562-1268.
