SPORT SOCIAL: In an effort to keep our athletes, volunteers, staff and community safe and due to a lack of venue space for social distancing, the Games has made the difficult decision to forgo sport socials this year. Instead, you will receive a second dinner ticket that can be redeemed at any of our partner restaurants. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time. We sincerely hope that you will take advantage of the dinner tickets and enjoy some meals with your friends.

(One mile past the Washington County Legacy Park/Fairgrounds-5650 West 700 South, Hurricane)

Age brackets will be 5 year or 10 year age groups in order to provide a reasonable level of competition at all levels
Games officials reserve the right to cancel any event or combine age divisions due to insufficient entries

Equipment Classification:
Rimfire rifles will fall into one of the following four classes:

Plinker (6.5X Scope Max)
Sporter (with any sight)
Custom (with any sight)
Unlimited (with any sight)
*The plinker class in intended to provide competition for persons who are new to Benchrest shooting and are equipped with guns more commonly associated with small game hunting. Available only to first time Shooting Benchrest Games registrants

Centerfire rifles will fall within one of the two Classes:
Sporter (MSR's and conventional hunting rifles)

100 and/or 200 Yard Open available to all
Games officials reserve the right to cancel or modify any event or combine age divisions due to insufficient entries

Open Classification
With both the Rimfire and Centerfire events, registrants will have the option of choosing an Open Class of competition at the time of check-in at the range. The rimfire open class will shoot at 50 yards. Except for those that choose the special 200 yard option, the centerfire open class will shoot at 100 yards. These open classes are available to all Shooting Benchrest participants, both genders, and any rifle is permitted under these rules.

SPORT FEE: $15 Per Event

Early Bird Deadline (Save $20) – August 1
Final Registration Deadline – September 1

• Participation is limited to the first 66 shooters for Rimfire and 44 for Centerfire
• Participants are limited to one class of competition in both the Rimfire and Centerfire events

• Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top three shooters of each age division and category, in each event
• Overall medal will be awarded to the one shooter with the highest cumulative score of the tournament
• Medals will be awarded following the match.
