FRIENDSHIP FESTIVAL:

In an effort to fulfill our mission of fostering worldwide peace, health and friendship, we are excited to announce, on our 36th anniversary, the Friendship Festival. We invite all athletes and their friends, volunteers, sponsors and community members to join us for six nights of food, fun, entertainment and friendship. The festival will provide flexibility for participants to attend at their convenience on any or all nights of what is sure to be a new favorite opportunity to connect with old friends and make new ones regardless of your sport.

Games officials reserve the right to cancel any event or combine age divisions due to insufficient entries. 

SPORT FEE:
$42 Per Event

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
Early Bird Deadline (Save $20) – August 1
Final Registration Deadline – September 1

REGISTRATION RULES:
• Participation is limited to the first 300 registered athletes.
• Participants must register in the same division (i.e., Expert, Sport or Beginner) for all three races.

FORMAT/RULES:
• All participants must check-in at the Dixie Center where they will receive their Huntsman World Senior Games ID Badge. Race packets will be available at the venue check-in desk prior to each event.
• Participants must present their Huntsman World Senior Games ID Badge at the venue check-in desk prior to each event.
• Pre-race meetings will be held 45 minutes prior to the start of each race.
• Helmets and shoes are required at all times.
• Slowe Riders must yield the Trail to those who would like to pass.
• Chip timing will be used.

Sport - 2 laps, approx. 27k, 1 lap = 8.4 miles

Expert - 2 laps, approx. 8.6k
Sport - 1 lap, approx. 4.3k

MEDALS:
• Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers, respectively for each age group and division at the venue at the end of the day.
• Medals for each event will be awarded at the event Venue.
• Overall awards will be presented to the overall best in each division. Participants must enter a minimum of two events to qualify for the “overall” award. Overall awards will be presented at end of Tuesdays event.
