FRIENDSHIP FESTIVAL:
In an effort to fulfill our mission of fostering worldwide peace, health and friendship, we are excited to announce, on our 36th anniversary, the Friendship Festival. We invite all athletes and their friends, volunteers, sponsors and community members to join us for six nights of food, fun, entertainment and friendship. The festival will provide flexibility for participants to attend at their convenience on any or all nights of what is sure to be a new favorite opportunity to connect with old friends and make new ones regardless of your sport.
EVENTS: 12 stage Main Match, Side Matches, 4 stage Wild Bunch Match, 4 stage Warm- Up Match, 3 Stage Plainsman, Team Events, Top Gun Shoot Off

NEW THIS YEAR - Side Matches will be scored with two age groups. (Men/Women 50-69 and 70+)
12-Stage Shoot: 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+, 80+, 85+

SPORT FEE: $51 Per Person - Main and Side Match
REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
Early Bird Deadline (Save $20) – August 1
Final Registration Deadline – September 1
REGISTRATION RULES:
• SASS rules will apply
• Dixie Desperados is the hosting club
• Registration is limited to the first 240 shooters
• 12-Stage Shoot: Participants must indicate their Shooting Division on their registration form
• Team events: 4 & 6 Person Team
• Posse requests for spouses will be honored. All other posse requests will be honored only if or when possible
FORMAT/RULES:
• Participants must present their Games ID Badge at the venue check-in desk prior to their first event - see event schedule
• Participants must provide their own equipment, guns and ammunition
• Participants are required to attend daily safety meetings prior to the start of each event - see event schedule
• Participants must adhere to SASS-CAS dress code guidelines at the range and at social events
• Eye and ear protection is required for all participants and spectators during all events
• Time + Miss = Score for Side Matches and Stage events
• Black-powder is cartridge or cap
• Score for missed Stage will be a penalty of the number available missed penalties plus 30 seconds
• Shooting through the Posse Sequence will not be allowed
• Team events and Top gun Shoot Off will be organized on site
• Teams will be selected by random draw prior to the start of the Team events. All shooters will be eligible

MEDALS:
• Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top shooters in each event and each division
• Overall Medal will be awarded to top man and top woman for the Main Match (12 Stage Shoot)
