The John H. Morgan Endurance Club Recognition Ceremonies

Date: Sundays, October 5th or October 12th

Location: Entrada Room in the Dixie Convention Center

Parade Start Times:

  • 2:00 PM - 20 years, 25 years, 30 years, and 35 years
  • 4:00 PM - 15 years

Who is Invited: Everyone! Bring your family, friends, and your teammates to cheer you on!

Check-In: Honorees should check in at the South entrance of the Exhibit Hall in the Dixie Convention Center any time between 1:15-1:50 or 3:15-3:50 (please see the map). After you check-in, your guests should save a seat for you and them in the Entrada Room, where the ceremony will occur at the conclusion of the parade.

Parade: At 2:00 and 4:00 each Sunday, there is a festive parade led by bagpipes and filled with this year’s award recipients, where we invite you to march. Wear your competition uniform (optional) so people know what sport(s) you participate in. We encourage your guests to bring posters or noisemakers to cheer you on, either somewhere along the parade path or waiting for you in the Entrada room; this is a celebration! See the map for the parade route.

**New this year: We would love to fill the room for each ceremony! Each guest who attends a ceremony will receive a raffle ticket upon entering the room, and award recipients will receive a ticket when they check-in. At the end of each ceremony, we will have a raffle drawing where we will award a free athlete registration (value $99) to the 2026 Games. You must be present to win, and the registration is transferable.

We will have a special photo area available for you and your guests.

***CHAMPIONSHIP RING SIZING GUIDE***

Championship rings by design are generally larger than traditional jewelry, and as a result, they feature wider bands which affect fit. It’s common to find that your finger size for a championship ring is different than your finger size for a traditional ring.

We suggest that you please visit a jeweler to get an accurate ring size. When you visit:

• Please consider which hand and finger you intend to wear your ring on. Championship rings are traditionally worn on the right-hand ring finger, but your selection is entirely up to you. When making your decision, please consider that wearing a championship ring on your middle finger may be more comfortable in terms of balance due to the weight and/or shape. Also, every hand is different, and your finger size can vary from hand to hand.

• If you are in-between sizes, we suggest you size up to the larger size.
