AMBASSADORS
Thank You for Your Interest in Becoming an Ambassador!
As an ambassador for the Huntsman World Senior Games, you are expected to:
- Review the Ambassador Training PDF: Familiarize yourself with the Games to serve as a knowledgeable resource for others. AMBASSADOR TRAINING PDF
- Engage in Ambassador Activities: Complete the activities outlined in the Ambassador Activity Ideas Sheet or pursue your own initiatives to promote active living, volunteering, or participation in the Games. AMBASSADOR ACTIVITY IDEAS SHEET
- Optional Participation in the Incentive Program: Report your efforts if you wish to take part in the Ambassador incentive program. Please email hello@seniorgames.net
Incentives
Biweekly Reporting: Starting in June, share your efforts and achievements with us every two weeks. First drawing will be June 24. This could include activities like presenting on active aging in local communities, initiating senior sports clubs, or promoting the Huntsman World Senior Games by sharing podcasts or social media posts. Your reports will make you eligible to win gift certificates from our gift shop and other prizes.
Earn an Official Jersey: Ambassadors who recruit 3 “new to the Games” athletes will be rewarded with an official jersey, marking your outstanding contribution to our community.

Ordering Recruitment Materials
Please complete the following form to order recruitment materials.
We provide materials and shipping at no cost to you. To manage our resources efficiently, we kindly ask that you consider all your event needs before requesting materials. While we are happy to provide multiple shipments, being mindful of our shipping expenses helps us better allocate funds to our programs and services.

If you’re local or passing through St. George, Utah, we can provide you with any printed materials you need. Our ambassadors can also borrow large signage for booths and events.
