How to Register Online: Step-by-Step
Registering for the Huntsman World Senior Games has never been easier. If you have competed sometime in the last three years, you should have received our official Handbook in the mail by now. There you'll find plenty of details about the Games, your preferred sport, or sports, along with a registration form. If you prefer to mail in your registration, feel free. However, if you want to speed up the process and receive instant confirmation sent to the email address you provide, then take advantage of our newly designed and souped-up online registration system.
Registering online is easy. The following tips should make it even easier.
The next screen allows you to either log-in to your existing account or create a new account. If you have participated in the Games in the past 5 years, you should have received a postcard in the mail with your username and password. Simple enter these here and click the Login button. If you did not receive the postcard, but have participated in the Games before, you can call the office, (800) 562-1268, and we can give it to you. The last step is the Checkout screen. Here you can verify your charges, buy Western Dinner Dance, make a donation to the Huntsman Cancer Institute and complete your registration. Once you click check out, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the address you provided. You've made it! Best of luck at the Games.
You can register for the Games from pretty much any page in the website. The menu bar at the top of the page (just under the logo) is always present. To begin the registration process, hold your mouse over the Register tab and then click on Register Today!
On this screen you will be able to choose if you would like to register your team, as an athlete or as a guest. There is also a link to a page with answers to Frequently Asked Registration Questions. This example will show you how to register as an athlete.
Once you have logged in with your username and password, the name, address, birth date and other information you have supplied to us over your years of participation will display. Confirm the information is correct and make any necessary changes. Once you’ve completed that, click Continue.
You will have another opportunity to verify that your personal information is correct. If there are errors, click on the Edit Personal Information button, otherwise click Continue.
The next step is to read and sign the waiver. You do so by typing your initials at the bottom of the waiver and clicking the Accept Waiver button.
Next, you will be able to select the sport or sports of your choice. Simply click the check boxes next to your preference.
Once you have made your selection of sports, you will have the opportunity to select specific event information, such as divisions for each one. Click Continue when you've finished
The next screen allows you to verify that all the sport information is correct. If there are errors, you will be able to go back and correct them, otherwise, click Continue.
