Over the past 23 years, the Huntsman World Senior Games has hosted 61 different countries from around the globe. This year, three brand new countries made an appearance at this International event; Bolivia, Estonia and the Virgin Islands.
“We welcome all athletes from all corners of the planet,” said Kyle M Case, Games CEO. “But it’s always especially exciting to us when we get to welcome a brand new country though, because it lets us know that the word is continuing to spread world-wide.”
The Games had been running a poll on their official website where atheletes could guess which country was NOT new to the Games this year. Luxemburg was the correct answer, as that country has not yet been represented. If anyone out there hales from Luxemburg or knows some who does, Case makes a personal invitation to come and be a part of the Games.
