Cancellation Deadline September 30

If an athlete is unable to participate in the Huntsman World Senior Games because of illness, injury or another reason, requests for refunds must be submitted today, September 30.
Kyle M Case, Games CEO says the Games wants to work with people as much as possible, but eventually, supplies must be purchased, catered meals are paid for and athlete shirts are bought. Therefore, unfortunately, there will be no refunds after September 30. The request for a refund must be submitted in writing.

Refund checks will be mailed by the end of October. Again, there can be no refunds for cancellation requests after September 30.
