Games Creates Group Site on Facebook

The Huntsman World Senior Games has another home in cyberspace and everyone is invited to visit. In addition to the official site, www.seniorgames.net, fans of the Games can gather at the Games Facebook page where they can share memories, pictures, videos or just discuss their favorite sports.
Those who already have a Facebook account can choose to join the Huntsman World Senior Games group where they can find posted videos, photos, notices and other Games-related information. For those who do not yet have an account, signing up for one is quick, easy and free.
“Facebook will allow us yet another means to interact with our athletes and friends,” said Kyle M Case, Games CEO. “Use of the technology is rapidly increasing among those who are 50 and over, and we look forward to interacting with those with an interest in the Games.”
The Huntsman World Senior Games is the largest annual multi-sport event in the world. The Games take place each October in colorful St. George, Utah, and feature 26 different sports as well as social activities, ceremonies and health screenings for athletes 50 and over.
