After a complete redesign of their official web site and registration system, the Huntsman World Senior Games is ready to open its doors to accept online registrations from athletes.
“Going live with registration is always a big step,” said Kyle M Case, Games CEO. “We’ve been accepting team registrations for several months and now we’ll be allowing individual athletes and team members to register. It takes us one step closer to the event.”
To make registration quick and easy, everyone who registered for the Games between 1987 and 2008 received a postcard with their Username and Password. With this Username and Password athletes can access their account (login) and correct / update the information the Games has on file.
Once logged in, athletes will also be able to register for the 2009 Games on-line and their “Years Attended” will be automatically updated. Once registered, athletes may log into their account at any time to update or change their Username, Password, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address or shirt size.
If an athlete participated in the Games in the past, but did not receive account information in the mail, they can call the Games office at 1-800-562-1268 for their login information.
First time athletes or those who did not receive their Username and Password through the mail can still create their own account and register for the sport or sports of their choice.
Athletes who use the online registration system will receive immediate confirmation of their registration, sent to the email address they provide.
